Processing is possible when the blank's relative density—the difference between its actual and theoretical densities—is larger than 90%. Processing performance is also favorable when the blank density is between 92 and 94%. The billet will delaminate as a result of improperly selected deformation parameters and the hot rolling billet's temperature of between 1 350 and 1500 °C.The starting temperature of warm rolling is 1200°C, and the thickness of the hot-rolled sheet is 8 mm. After warm rolling, it can reach 0.5 mm, and then cold rolling can be used to 0.1 mm.
